本课程针对当前大学生文化涵养和文明礼仪知识不足的现实情况，参考中国传统文化、民俗学、伦理学、社会学、公共关系学等相关学科知识，从不同维度系统讲述礼仪的基本内涵、基本内容和基本要求，详细介绍社交礼仪、商务礼仪、职场礼仪、公务礼仪、公关礼仪、国际礼仪、服务礼仪方面的专业知识和实操技能。
